Do you have a physical store I can visit?
No, Little Balasana is an online only store.
What are your operating hours?
As an online store, you can purchase from Little Balasana anytime 24/7. For help, general enquiries and email responses, I will do my absolute best to get back to you as soon as I am able to. Please keep in mind that I am located in Australia, so there may be a slight delay at times due to international time differences.
What size range do you cover?
Children's sizes 1-14, but smaller sizes and adult sizes can be made available upon request.
Are all your items handmade?
Yes! Every item you find in my online store has been handmade by me, with fabric that has been specifically sourced from other Australian owned Businesses.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! Please message me through the contact page, or email me directly via firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If we go ahead with your custom order, you will find your personalised listing in the custom and preorder category of the online store.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! you can choose Afterpay as your payment method during checkout. Any trouble with accessing or using Afterpay as your payment method needs to be addressed directly with Afterpay. I have no control or part in their acceptance or denial process.
How much is postage?
Postage is charged at a flat rate Australia wide. Standard Shipping is $7.95, Express Post $12.00 and FREE (standard) shipping when you spend over $70.00
Are you an international customer? Your cart will be calculated at the checkout, before you finalise/pay for your order.
Country not listed at the checkout? Please email me at email@example.com and I will organise a postage quote for you.
Do you post internationally?
Yes! As mentioned above, choose your country during checkout and be shown the postage costs prior to completing your order. If your country isn't listed, please contact me via email or the contact page and I will find and provide a postage quote for you.
How long does it take for you to post me my order?
All RTS (ready to send) orders, once purchased and paid in full will be lodged at the post office within 3-5 Australian Business days. The time between lodgement and delivery to you will depend on Australia Post and their current processing times.
What happens if I have a both RTS and Made to Order items in my order?
Any orders that include Made to Order items will not ship until all items are ready to be posted together (i.e. when your made to order items are finished being made)
If you would like your RTS items sent ahead so you can receive them as soon as possible without waiting for your made to order items to be completed, you will need to complete two seperate orders, one with your RTS items only and one with your MTO items. If you need any help with this, please contact me via the contact page.
What does RTS, Short Run/Limited Edition, TAT, Made to Order (MTO) and OOAK mean?
RTS - means 'Ready To Send' and is clothing that has already been made and is waiting and available to be sent to you strait away.
Short Run/Limited Edition - means that either the fabric or the actual item (specific shirt or shorts etc) will be available for a limited time, or limited amount of finished items only, and will not be made available again once sold out.
TAT - means 'Turn Around Time.' This refers to items of clothing that are not yet made, but will be made once ordered. The Turn Around Time is how long it will take for me to produce/make your order and lodge it with the post office once I have received your order.
Made To Order - means exactly that. It is an item that is only made once it has been ordered by you. It is not already made and waiting to be sent (RTS)
OOAK - means 'One Of A Kind.' One of a Kind items are exactly that - absolutely one of a kind (usually due to the fabric) and will not be made again, or in any other sizes. There is only the one.
My child has sensitive skin, is there anything I should do before letting them wear your clothes?
Like all new clothes, after initally trying on to check the items fit correctly, it's best if you wash your items in your own trusted detergent to remove any allergens that may have been picked up during its postage journey.
